Tiring day.

Tml's the day.
And i'm excited.
The kids told me that they're afraid that they're not good enough for tml's poem recitation competition cos they say it's like singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

It's actually an extended version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are!
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.

When the blazing sun is gone,
When there’s nothing to shine upon,
Then you show your tiny light,
Twinkle, twinkle, all the night!

Then the traveler in the dark,
Thank you for your tiny spark,
He could not see which way to go,
If you did not twinkle so!

In the dark blue sky you keep,
And often through my curtains peep.

I thought it was pretty good.
If i were to put myself in their shoes. I wouldn't find it easy..
I'm glad tat some of them are able to memorise the whole poem plus actions.
Very impressive for an 8 year old kid.

Well, hope they dun have stage fright. If not, i also duno what to do..

Haha.

Anyway, school syllabus is moving so fast until i can't catch up. Haven even finish current worksheets with them.. And more are coming. Guess i would really be behind time cos month of August got alot of activities going on. Just talking abt next week, 4 days gone due to School excursion + National Day Celebration + 2 days School holiday.
Sigh~ so rush..

I go too fast and the kids can't understand. I go too slow and i'm behind syllabus.
Help!
And i'm an untrained teacher..
