My first ever Teacher's Day Celebration.. as me being the teacher.. was a Wow! Haha.. The school's really in the mood. I've got like tons of cards and gifts from my kids. And other kids from other classes greeting me "Happy Teacher's Day" while i'm on the way to the canteen, staff room.. or anywhere in the school. It's feels.. Hmm.. G.O.O.D!!! and appreaciated. Kids telling you straight on the face that they like you and also things like "Miss Xu, can you teach me next year also?" It just feel greater than anything else. I'm really happy.. Thinking about my kids just let me forget the work load i'm having in school. All the syllabus that's damn packed.. All the markings that's still left undone and lying on my table.. Even it's only for just a day.. But i'm still so satisfied. =)

One of my class pupils made me a brownie wrapped in aluminium foil and ribboned up.. tasted quite nice although it's abit "chao ta";burnt. haha.. I even got myself an amore 1 day complimentary pass + $50 Spa voucher. Haha.. i wonder where the kid took it from.. So cute.. Still got Flowers.. Key chains.. Bookmarks.. Pen holders.. Piggybank.. Pens.. Cards.. Rochers.. Choclate bar.. etc.

Teacher's Day dinner wasn't too bad la. Just abit draggy. Supposed to start at 7pm. but cos of teachers and principals stuck in jams.. It started only like 8plus. Our tummy were making so much noise.. But whole event was nice la.. We all got to dress up in uniforms or uniform-inspried clothings. I wore army inspired clothes, army cap, "dog-tag" and scarf. Got teachers dress as construction worker, park ranger, nurses, karate kid, maid, school girl, punk rockers, air-stewardess, sailor etc. Can try to imagine la.. It's very funny. Too bad i didn't had a camera. But had some photos over at my colleague's side.

Dinner ended ard 11pm.

Stayed at home today. Movie with usual peeps tonight. HAIRSPRAY!!
